Arts & Crafts Workshops

A key part of the Festival will be the opportunity for everyone to join in a series of innovative workshops and interactive events in and around Walton.

The Sandball Project at the Groyne Gallery

Interactive installation - all welcome to come and make sandballs. Join artist Sally Child at the ‘world’s largest gallery’ to make sand balls on the beach to display along the beach as the tide comes in.

Litter Picking & Cyanotope Printing

Artist: Jane Stewart

Sunday 22nd September


Time: 10am -12pm

 

Location: Walton Beach 

Local Litter Pickers the WALLYS (Walton Against Lazy Littering) will be collecting litter from by the Pier on Walton Beach. They have teamed up with artist Jane Stewart who will collect and record rubbish collecting using the Cyanotype printing process to create art prints.
